A $20 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
This fee is applied toward your service total but will not be refunded under any circumstances (including cancellations or no-shows).
Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours before your appointment start time.
Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.
No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 100% service fee.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled or rescheduled at our discretion.
Late fees accrue at $20 per 10-minute increment.
No refunds are provided for completed services.
The $20 booking fee is always non-refundable, regardless of cancellation circumstances.
